Biography: Dr. Gramling is a graduate of Donetsk State Medical University in Ukraine. She completed her residency training in rheumatology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Gramling has special areas of interest in rheumatoid arthritis, gout, lupus, vasculitis and osteoporosis. She is board-certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.

Care Philosophy: ``My philosophy of care is every single person is important no matter why they're in the office so I treat everybody with the same level of respect regardless of whether they're a professional athlete or somebody that was injured on the weekend. I try to interact with the patients on an individual basis and think one of the most important things you can do is to actually listen to the patient and their story. From there I like to involve them in their care and really try to make it a partnership between myself and the patient in terms of dealing with their current condition.``

Biography: Dr. Tyler Lucas, DO is a Sports Medicine Specialist who practices in Avon, IN. Dr. Tyler Lucas, DO is affiliated with Hendricks Regional Health and Hendricks Regional Health.

Care Philosophy: As an active person and athlete, I can relate to my patients. My goal is to help find ways to keep my patients in their sport even in the midst of injuries.

Care Philosophy: ``My philosophy of care is based on first educating the patient, giving them their options, and then ultimately deciding how urgent the surgery is or the treatment is. Most patients, if possible, if they can still have a good chance at a good outcome, they're going to want the less-invasive treatment option. If from there we decide that may not be the best option for a good outcome, I work to steer my patients towards the route of surgery.``

Care Philosophy: ``I focus on a team approach with my patients. I always tell my joint replacement patients that I have about an hour to do their hip or knee, that's about how long it takes. After that I'm their cheerleader. I'm controlling some of the aspects of their physical therapy but otherwise I'm just a friend that's trying to help them along. I also work to educate patients in the process, so they have the knowledge they need to fully understand their condition and how to improve it going forward.``

Care Philosophy: ``I like to form a partnership with my patients. I frequently tell them my job is to give you the treatment options, to help you understand what's going on with your body. From there I work to understand the issue, how it is affecting their life, and what their goals and aspirations are as that is a very important part of the decision-making process from an orthopedic standpoint.``

I like to try to give patients options for their treatment and explain the pros and cons of each one to help them come to the best decision for them personally.``

Biography: Dr. Kersteff is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and completed residency training at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis.
