Dr. Fossee received his bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry and mathematics from the University of Colorado. He completed medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, and an adult joint reconstruction fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

Care Philosophy: I have been a member of Pueblo Bone and Joint Clinic and a staple in the Pueblo community for almost 20 years. I believe that private practice allows the patient choices when it comes to providing services at the most convenient, cost-effective facilities possible. I am a Board Certified general orthopedic surgeon which allows me to offer both conservative and surgical treatment to a wide-range of orthopedic conditions.
