Biography: Dr. Rachael Jacoby received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, graduating summa cum laude. She then received her medical degree from Creighton University. She completed her residency and vitreoretinal fellowship at the University of Utah. For the past 12 years, Dr. Jacoby has been on faculty at the University of Utah, where she was involved in numerous clinical trials, as well as in the training of ophthalmology residents and vitreoretinal fellows. Over the years, Dr Jacoby has been recognized for her commitment to excellent patient care.
