Biography: Lisa Holcomb, APRN, is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse specializing in adult medicine and gerontology. Ms. Holcomb earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Auburn University and the University of Tampa and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. In her role as APRN, Ms. Holcomb understands how CenterWell's senior-centered healthcare model benefits her patients by providing them with customized healthcare that yields better health outcomes and a higher quality of life. What she enjoys most about coming into the center each day is being able to help her patients reach their healthcare goals, stay healthy, and control chronic illnesses. Lisa believes in developing a CenterWell with her patients built on trust and compassion. This is why she always emphasizes the importance of taking her time to listen to her patients' needs and concerns to assess how to support them along their health journey better while always following up after they've left their visit to ensure they are following their care plan. When she's not at the office, Ms. Holcomb enjoys traveling and exploring new cities, as well as exercising.

Biography: Bonnie Nall Fuller, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Keiser University. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, an Associate Degree in Nursing from Chipola Junior College, and an Associate Degree in Health Education from Gulf Coast Community College. Before joining us in 2024, Ms. Fuller served as a family nurse practitioner with Alonso Medical and Wellness in Apopka, FL. Previously, she worked as an appeals specialist at United Healthcare, a utilization review RN clinical specialist at Humana, and an interventional acute cardiac care RN at Heart of Florida in Davenport, FL. Earlier in her career, she was an interventional radiology and cardiac care RN at Gulf Coast Medical in Panama City, FL. Ms. Fuller finds it rewarding to help seniors navigate their healthcare needs. Passionate about brain health, obesity, and promoting social engagement to reduce loneliness. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and listening to music.
