Biography: Jeremy Crouch, MD graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Crouch specializes ob/gyn with a special interest in urogynecology, infertility and pelvic organ prolapse. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Biography: Julia E. Paulet, MD is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, WV. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She is a native Daytonian who grew up in Vandalia. He received his medical degree from Loma Linda University, and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Wright State University/Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. Dr. Lorenz received many honors during her training: Introduction to Clinical Medicine Award, Montgomery County Medical Society Alliance Scholarship, and the Ranville Scholarship. During her residency, Dr. Taylor held the position of Chief Resident in Pediatrics. She was also honored with the Community Service award for her work with the Pediatric Clinic. Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award. She has been a clinical instructor for medical students and participated in many volunteer activities receiving the Annual Volunteer Award for her service. Biography: Julio Soto, MD, FAAFP is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his clinical fellowship in urology at Emory University School of Medicine and his categorical in family medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. Dr. Soto is a member of a number of professional societies including: Continental Who's Who, American Health Counsel, American Academy of Family Medicine, American Medical Group Association, Ohio Academy of Family Medicine, International Society of Men's Health, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association. Dr. Soto is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Michele Josefovsky, FNP earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012, both from Wright State University in Dayton, OH. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, OH in 2009. Michele is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2012. She brought five years as a surgical intensive care unit to her career as a family nurse practitioner.

Biography: Melissa Burkhardt, CNM, MSN earned a BS in Nursing at Wright State University, as well as a certificate in Midwifery and a Master's Degree in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. "Missy" has worked in labor and delivery since 2005, and joined our practice in 2011. She enjoys supporting women of all ages and has a passion for empowering women during childbirth. Melissa is accepting new patients. She is now trained and certified in Nexplanon insertion.

Biography: Shelsea Johnson, MD is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She completed her pediatric residency at Wright State University School of Medicine, Children's Medical Center. Dr. Johnson is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Biography: Meredith Prenger, MD is a graduate of Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed internship and residency at Wright State University Integrated Pediatrics. She joined The Pediatric Group in July 2012.
