He received his medical degree at Rawalpindi Medical College before completing his residency in Internal Medicine at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center in New Jersey. Subsequently, Dr. Abbasi moved to Arkansas, completing a general cardiology fellowship and then an additional Interventional Cardiology Fellowship, both at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.Dr. Abbasi is board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine and specializes in Interventional Cardiology, General Cardiology, and Peripheral Vascular diseases, offering a wide variety of cardiovascular, diagnostic, and therapeutic options. Dr. Abbasi's goal is to devise a care management plan that is truly patient-centric and provides state-of-the-art interventional treatment for coronary and peripheral vascular disease.
