Biography: Dr. Loftin received her Bachelor's Degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She obtained her medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed her residency training at The University of South Florida/Tampa General Hospital. She is Board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Loftin is a native of San Antonio and speaks Spanish fluently. She provides comprehensive care to women of all ages. Biography: Allison R. Cavazos, MD, is a dedicated gynecologist in San Antonio, Texas. She joined the Oak Hills Women's Center, P.A. family in 2017 after completing her Obstetrics-Gynecology program at Parkland Hospital, the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, Texas. Always a stellar student, Dr. Cavazos initially earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Stanford University, where she received highest honors for Academic Achievement. After receiving her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 2013, she went on to complete a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Public Health in Houston, Texas. Dr. Cavazos quickly became a well-regarded resident at Parkland Hospital, a prestigious OB/GYN training program in the United States, before winning the residency award for Excellence in Pediatric Gynecology. Since joining the tight-knit family practice, she has been a junior fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, as well as a member of the American Medical Association and the Texas Medical Association. Dedicated to her patients, Dr. Cavazos is available to see all age groups and cater to those with gynecological needs.
