Biography: Lilliam Clinger, M.D. is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist with Women's Specialists of Clear Lake in Webster, Texas. Dr. Clinger earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from University of New Mexico. She then went on to the University of New Mexico School of Medicine where she received her Doctorate of Medicine. She is able to communicate as a native Spanish speaker which helps empower individuals regarding the decisions they make for their bodies.When not practicing medicine, Dr. Clinger enjoys spending time with her spouse, family, and friends. She loves outdoor activities especially with her dogs. Biography: Wigberto Soto, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecology (OB-GYN) with Women™s Specialists of Clear Lake in Webster, Texas. Dr. Soto earned his bachelor of arts in biology, and went on to complete his doctorate at University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Soto then finished his internship and residency at San Juan City Hospital. Dr. Soto is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecologists (ABOG).
