Dr. Pilla has extensive experience in Gynecologic Conditions, Obstetric Care, and minimally invasive surgery. Her scope of practice includes pre-pubescent through post-menopausal. Biography: Wigberto Soto, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecology (OB-GYN) with Women™s Specialists of Clear Lake in Webster, Texas. Dr. Soto earned his bachelor of arts in biology, and went on to complete his doctorate at University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Soto then finished his internship and residency at San Juan City Hospital. Dr. Soto is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecologists (ABOG). Dr. Soto feels honored to support women throughout their lives and especially helping bringing new life into this world. He has over 30 years of experience and takes a collaborative approach when coming up with treatment plans with his patients always choosing evidence based medicine above all else. When Dr. Soto is not caring for his patients, he loves camping with his three children, and watching baseball and football. Dr. Soto welcomes new patients and referrals at this time. When appropriate, the practice offers telehealth visits.

I enjoy educating patients about their options for medical care and helping them choose the optimal treatment that is right for them. My medical interests include general and high risk pregnancy, cervical dysplasia, minimally invasive surgery including robotic surgery, contraceptive management, menopause treatment and weight loss treatment.

Biography: Beth R. Davis, M.D is an obstetrician-gynecologist providing OB/GYN care with Houston Women's Care Associates (HWCA) in Houston, TX. Dr. Davis was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Davis then went on to Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and completed her Doctorate of Medicine. She then returned to her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio for her residency training at Case Western Reserve University which included training at the Cleveland Clinic. She has spent the last decade providing care in the Texas Medical Center as well as the Pearland area. Dr. Davis believes in providing individualized care to women throughout their lifetime from puberty to menopause. Her clinical interests include general obstetrics and gynecology, contraception counseling and family planning, menstrual disorders, pediatric / adolescent gynecology, and minimally invasive surgery. When not treating patients, Dr. Davis enjoys attending barre classes and spending time playing games and doing puzzles with her two beautiful children.
