Biography: Dr. Badar Saeed Salmin Sabeen, an internal medicine specialist, performed geriatric medicine and addiction medicine fellowships at Larkin Community Hospital after an ICU externship at Advocate Trinity Hospital. Dr. Sabeen holds a Master of Public Health from Benedictine University and completed an echocardiogram program at South Suburban College. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tripoli Faculty of Medicine in 2001. Dr. Sabeen serves as an associate professor of addiction and geriatric medicine at Larkin Community Hospital and previously was an adjunct faculty instructor at South Suburban College. He has co-authored research published in Cureus and the American Journal of Case Reports. Before joining our center in 2024, Dr. Sabeen provided primary care with Life Is Beautiful MD in Pembroke Pines, Florida, following numerous medical and research positions in the U.S. and abroad. He believes taking the time to listen can enhance his patients' health and quality of life. Dr. Sabeen chose medicine to help others and serve the community. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, reading books, and spending time with his family.

At Conviva Military Trail, he leads a team of compassionate, patient-focused primary care professionals with a commitment to medical excellence. Dr. Barniville performed a fellowship in pulmonary diseases at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, from 1977 to 1979. He completed his internal medicine residency and internship at Long Island College Hospital as well. Dr. Barnville earned his medical degree from the University of Bologna Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in Bologna, Italy, in 1974. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York, in 1967. Dr. Barnville™s storied career began as an attending physician at the Long Island College Hospital Department of Medicine Division of Pulmonary Diseases and at the International Longshoremen™s Association Medical Center, Division of Chest Diseases, from 1979 to 1995. During that time, he maintained a private practice in internal medicine and pulmonary diseases. He also served as medical coordinator of Long Island College Hospital™s Division of Alcoholism Services detoxification units and as the School Medical Inspector New York City Board of Education Medical Department. In the late 1990s, he and his wife decided to put down roots in Florida. He joined Columbia Raulerson Hospital Okeechobee, Florida, as an attending physician in the Department of Medicine until 1999. He then practiced in the Department of Medicine of Jupiter Medical Center. He joined Jupiter Medical Group, now part of Conviva, in 2004. Dr. Barniville speaks fluent Italian."
