Care Philosophy: Dr. Salazar is a 1980 Honors (A.O.A) Medical School graduate of the University of South Florida. He did his residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center. In 1989, he was a member of a pioneering group of surgeons who did the very first laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gall bladder removal) in the state of Florida.
