Biography: Jessica Wise, MD is specialized and board-certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care at HCA Florida Fort Walton Beach General Surgery. Dr. Wise completed a residency at Sunrise Health Consortium in Las Vegas, Nevada and completed her fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at Orlando Health Regional Medical Center. She is originally from Reno, Nevada and came to Florida to complete her fellowship training and fell in love with the state.

Biography: Randall McKissack, M.D., FASC, is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and cares for patients at The White-Wilson General Surgery Clinic in Fort Walton Beach. He has more than 33 years of healthcare experience. Dr. McKissack received his medical degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama. After graduating, he completed his residency at Baptist Medical Center also in Birmingham. Dr. McKissack recently relocated to Fort Walton Beach from Panama City and specializes in general surgery, laparoscopy, endoscopy and robotic surgery.

Biography: Dr. David Burkland earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 1969. He completed residency in Surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami in 1976.Dr. Burkland is on Medical Staff at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center and HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital? and specializes in General Surgery. He is board certified in Surgery.
