Biography: H. Takaji Kittaka, Jr., MD is a graduate of the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas, NV. He completed his family practice residency at Intermountain Health Care in Salt Lake City, UT. Dr. Kittaka has been practicing family medicine for more than twenty years.

Biography: Dr. Buck is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, WV. He completed his family medicine residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. Dr. Buck also completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship through Wright State University-Kettering Medical Center. Dr. Buck is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, American Academy of Family Physicians, and Ohio Academy of Family Physicians.

Biography: Warren Ljungren, MD is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton. He is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Ljungren has a special interest in sports medicine. Dr. Ljungren has been with Beavercreek Family Medicine since its foundation in 1987.
