Biography: I love family medicine for the opportunities it gives me to care for the whole person and for the variety of illnesses and injuries I get to treat. I enjoy seeing patients of all ages and creating bonds with them over time.

Biography: I enjoy working with patients and getting to know their families, partnering together to improve health through shared decision making in a team-based practice setting. I've worked with pediatrics, adults and geriatrics in rural and urban clinic settings for over 12 years. My clinical experience consists of primary and urgent care as the main focus of my practice. I think a successful clinician begins with open communication, kindness, good listening skills and patient partnership in the decision-making process regarding their plan of care.

Taking the time to listen and get to know my patients allows me to provide individualized care and build deep relationships that last for years. I am interested in the prevention and management of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, as well as any acute health issues that affect patients' lives. My areas of special interest include men's health, mental health, preventive health and infectious disease.
