Dr. Quarles strives to deliver quality care with an emphasis on preventive health and continuity of care. He partners with his patients to improve their health and the health of their families. Dr. Quarles is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, American Medical Association and American Association for Physician Leadership. He served 27 years with the U.S. Navy, including two years as commanding officer at Naval Hospital Bremerton. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, running and reading.

Care Philosophy: My medical philosophy of patient care is based on extensive information gathering at the initial visit and establishing rapport with the patient, followed by discussion of goals for better health. Subsequent visits build up on that foundation of understanding to fine tune their individual treatment plan. My hope is to empower patients to achieve maximal health and quality of life.
