Biography: Dr. Alexander Greenstein is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in orthopaedic trauma. He completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital where he served as the academic Chief Resident. During his residency, he also completed a research fellowship at the Center for Musculoskeletal Research at the University of Rochester. Dr. Greenstein then went on to complete an orthopaedic trauma fellowship at the world-renowned Campbell Clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Greenstein specializes in minimally invasive orthopaedic trauma surgical techniques, the treatment of complex fractures, and advanced bone reconstructive procedures. Dr. Greenstein strongly believes in taking care of every patient like they're his family. The complexities of musculoskeletal care require an individualized approach, respecting patients' autonomy. By gaining a thorough understanding of his patients' needs and expectations as well as offering a wide range of appropriate options, from conservative measures to the most advanced surgical techniques, he helps patients understand complex problems so that they can make the best decisions for themselves. Biography: Dr. Maale has more than 30 years of experience treating bone and soft tissue tumors, metastic bone disease, musculoskeletal infections, infected total joint arthroplasty and complex bone and joint reconstructions. Dr. Maale specializes in complex reconstruction of joints that have failed from previous surgeries, with a high percentage of limb salvage. He has pioneered several techniques for the treatment of infected joint reconstructions and is actively involved in the design of limb salvage implants for the hip, knee, shoulder and elbow.

Biography: Born and raised in Gainesville, Florida, Dr. Cyrus Abbaschian graduated from the University of Florida in 2005 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. He attended Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, and then completed an internship in general surgery and residency in orthopedic surgery at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School & Parkland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Abbaschian spent three months as a senior registrar in the department of Trauma and Orthopedics at The Norwich and Norfolk University Hospital in Norwich, England. After his residency, Dr. Abbaschian completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal surgical oncology at Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. His fellowship focused on complex orthopaedic bone and soft tissue oncology with innovative limb salvage techniques.The scope of his practice encompasses the evaluation and treatment of bone and soft tissue sarcomas, complex joint reconstruction, limb salvage surgery, and management of metastatic disease to the bones. He has authored papers on mechanisms of failure in hip arthroplasty and management of infections in joint replacement. He lives in Dallas with his wife and children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring parks with his two golden retrievers, watching sports, and enjoying Dallas BBQ.
