I have lived in Iowa for 27 years. I have always focused on a healthy lifestyle, which includes healthy food choices and exercise. I believe in a food first mentality, trying to get the nutrients and resources from food before adding supplements however, adding the supplements and other tools were needed to help enhance performance both in and out of activity.
