Biography: Rafay Atiq, MD joined Upper Valley Outpatient Behavioral Health Services in 2006 and is the office's medical director. He is a board certified adult psychiatrist, and he provides both inpatient and outpatient care. He achieved his medical degree in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed his residency program at the Wright State University (WSU) Boonshoft School of Medicine. Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award.
