Biography: Andy Shetterly grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, playing rugby for the Washington rugby club and representing the East Coast rugby union at an elite level of competition. After earning his BA in criminal justice at the University of Maryland (Go Terps!) he obtained his private pilots license and joined the United States Marine Corps.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Houchin uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Biography: I'm Dr. Jared Bernstein, a licensed chiropractor and the founder of True2Form Chiropractic, located right here in my hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.
