Mood challenges can affect anyone, regardless of age or life stage, including during pregnancy and other significant life transitions. My goal is to help individuals navigate their path to a flourishing life. I have a particular interest in helping clients with adjustment disorder, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, ADHD, and relationship challenges.
