Biography: Dr. Fayrisa Greenwald has expertise in depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, eating disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and working with families to improve the lives of individuals with mental health conditions. She has a practice in which she sees clients through the Well Cornell Physician Organization. Dr. Greenwald completed adult psychiatry residency training at the New York University Grossman School of Medicine, and continued there for her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry, where she served as a chief fellow. Additionally, she completed a fellowship in psychoanalysis from the Institute of Psychoanalytic Education/Psychoanalytic Association of New York. Dr. Greenwald has been nationally recognized by multiple psychiatric organizations. She has served on the Child PRITE (Psychiatry Resident-In-Training-Examination) Editorial Board of the premier American College of Psychiatrists, and participated in writing the sole exam that is taken nationwide by child and adolescent psychiatry residents. She educated other psychiatrists about genetic testing at the American Psychiatric Association.

Biography: Dr. Saenger received her undergraduate degree in history from Columbia College of Columbia University. She went on to receive her medical degree from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons where she was awarded an NIH medical student research fellowship. After completing her training in general psychiatry at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, Dr. Saenger completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She supervises and teaches residents at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

Biography: Dr. Spaniardi received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and completed a medical internship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She was a Phipps Resident in general psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Hospital and trained in child and adolescent psychiatry at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital's combined program of Columbia and Cornell Universities. She has extensive experience working in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, including as an attending psychiatrist on the adolescent inpatient unit at NYP-Cornell Westchester and as an outpatient psychiatrist with the New York University Child Study Center. She enjoys teaching and supervising medical students, residents and fellows. Dr. Spaniardi regularly speaks at both national and international conferences and has been a contributor to several books on child psychiatry, including authoring the upcoming Springer Science title:Teens, Screens and Social Connection: An Evidence Based Guide to Key Problems and Solutions.
