Biography: Dr. Fayrisa Greenwald has expertise in depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, eating disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and working with families to improve the lives of individuals with mental health conditions. Dr. Greenwald completed adult psychiatry residency training at the New York University Grossman School of Medicine, and continued there for her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry, where she served as a chief fellow. Additionally, she completed a fellowship in psychoanalysis from the Institute of Psychoanalytic Education/Psychoanalytic Association of New York. Dr. Greenwald has been nationally recognized by multiple psychiatric organizations. She has served on the Child PRITE (Psychiatry Resident-In-Training-Examination) Editorial Board of the premier American College of Psychiatrists, and participated in writing the sole exam that is taken nationwide by child and adolescent psychiatry residents. She educated other psychiatrists about genetic testing at the American Psychiatric Association.

Biography: Dr. Spaniardi received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and completed a medical internship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She was a Phipps Resident in general psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Hospital and trained in child and adolescent psychiatry at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital's combined program of Columbia and Cornell Universities. She has extensive experience working in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, including as an attending psychiatrist on the adolescent inpatient unit at NYP-Cornell Westchester and as an outpatient psychiatrist with the New York University Child Study Center.
