Biography: Roxanne Robbins, APRN received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. Roxanne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, UT in 2016 and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Edison State Community College in Piqua, OH in 2013. Roxanne is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurses Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2013. She brought six years of experience as an intensive care nurse to her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Biography: Kathy Streb, APRN-CNP, ACNP-BC received her Master of Science in Nursing, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2007 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2002, both from Wright State University. She received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Edison State Community College in 1984. Kathy is certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been a registered nurse since 1984. She brings 35 years of experience in cardiology to her career.

Biography: De Ann Osterman, PA-C, received an Associates of Applied Science in Nursing from Edison State Community College then furthered her education obtaining a Bachelor of Science in a Physician Assistance Program and graduating Suma Cum Laude at Kettering College of Medical Arts. Her responsibilities now include assisting the physician in providing a complete history, assessment, diagnosis and plan for new and existing cardiac patients and making daily rounds of inpatients, reporting to the physician immediately if any complication arise. Osterman is NCCPA certified and Board certified in the state of Ohio. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Ohio Academy of Physician Assistants and the Clinton Trott Physician Assistant Student Society.

Biography: Dr. Mawri, MD, FACC, RPVI is an Interventional Cardiologist and Vascular/Endovascular Specialist at Premier Cardiovascular Institute. Dr. Mawri completed his pre-medical studies at the University of Detroit-Mercy in Detroit, MI where he earneddual bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Biology and a Master's degree in Chemistry. He completed his medical degree at St. George's University school of medicine in Grenada, WI as part of the Keith B. Taylor Global Scholars Program. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine followed by fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology at Henry Ford Hospital/Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI, where he also served as the Chief Cardiovascular Fellow. Dr. Mawri completed an Advanced Peripheral Vascular Fellowship at the Cardiovascular Institute of the South in Houma, LA. Dr. Mawriisboard certifiedin Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He also is a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). Dr. Mawri is amember of several professional organizations including the American College of cardiology (ACC), American Heart Association/American Stroke Association (AHA/ASA), Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF), Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI) Global Society, the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI), and more. Dr. Mawri specializes in treating patients with coronary and peripheral vascular disease. Dr. Mawri has expertise in the treatment of critical limb ischemia, complex peripheral arterial disease, deep venous disorders, superficial venous insufficiency, as well as high-risk coronary artery disease, and cardiogenic shock. He has a strong passion for amputation prevention and limb preservation.

Biography: Kevin D. Kravitz, MD, FACC brings a feature element to Premier Cardiovascular Institute through his specialized practice of electrophysiology. Electrophysiology, a sub-specialty of cardiology, deals with the heart's rhythm and electrical system. Dr. Kravitz graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and earned a Masters of Human Physiology degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia before completing his medical degree, magna cum laude, from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. After medical school, Dr. Kravitz completed an internship and a residency in internal medicine from Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia. He then went on to complete a cardiology fellowship from Hahnemann University Hospital. Following his cardiology fellowship, Dr. Kravitz entered one more year of training in electrophysiology, also at Hahnemann University Hospital. Dr. Kravitz was chief of cardiology at Dayton Heart Hospital from 1999-2009. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and a member of the Heart Rhythm Society. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and Electrophysiology. He also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University.

Biography: Andrew Murray, DO is a graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL. He completed his internal medicine residency at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL. He went on to complete his cardiology fellowship at Mercy Medical Center - North Iowa in Mason City, IA and his interventional cardiology fellowship at Bayonet Regional Medical Center-Hudson, FL. Dr. Murray is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and is board certified in Nuclear Cardiology by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists.
