Care Philosophy: My role as a therapist is to help clients gain a better quality of life to challenge negative thoughts and cognitions, be able to self-regulate in their emotions, process trauma and traumatic events, manage mental health symptoms, build better relationships, handle transitions, improve their functioning in many areas in their lives, and process and adjust to unexpected events that occur in their lives.

Care Philosophy: My goal is to create a safe space for clients to process life's challenges and to provide unconditional Support. I take a collaborative approach with clients to identify the efficacy of their current coping strategies and to help them explore new ones. I encourage clients to view therapy as a chance for things to be all about them and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for them to be their authentic selves.

Care Philosophy: Certified in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), I equip clients with tools to navigate social relationships, manage emotions, resist self-destructive impulses, and cultivate balance and acceptance in their lives.
