Biography: Dr. Thomas Bendowski is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon. He was born and raised in Northeastern PA, active in sports and drama in high school and attended the University of Scranton in PA, earning his BS in Biology. He went on to complete his MS in Physiology and his Medical Degree at Georgetown University. His internship was done in Honolulu after which he completed a utility tour in ER, 121st Evac Hospital in Seoul, Korea. He came back to Honolulu for his residency and was then stationed at Bassett Army Hospital in Fairbanks, AK. Leaving the cold north, he headed to Crystal River, FL in 1992 where he established his private practice. A husband, father to two beautiful children and grandfather to an awesome grandson, Dr. Bendowski enjoys skiing (snow and water), boating, cycling and running.

He is committed to achieving wellness through patient education, preventative and therapeutic medicine.Dr. Khan has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and graduated with Honors in Pathology. Biography: Dr. Milind Shastri specializes in Internal Medicine and is the Founder and President of Your Care Clinics, LLC. He is a graduate of M. S. University of Baroda, India where he was the Chief Resident of Ophthalmology. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago Illinois. Dr. Shastri moved to St. Petersburg in 1999 where he began providing quality medical care to the residents of Pinellas County. His leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and dedication to his patients have grown his practice to include six physicians and two nurse practitioners that serve both North and South Pinellas County. He is a dedicated husband and father to a son and twin daughters. He is an avid chess player and loves to play video games with his children. Dr. Shastri is a compassionate and empathetic physician who takes time to listen to all of his patients and treats them with integrity and professional courtesy. He truly believes in giving back to his community by participating and sponsoring local events that educate the public.
