Biography: I have been a therapist for over 8 years. My full time day therapist position involves working with troubled women entangled in the legal system in various ways. I have previously worked with children, adolescents, and adults. I believe that life is much too short to not be happy, and every human should reach for that goal. Each healthy relationship between two people is unique and to be treasured. At times the journey through that relationship can be tricky. This is my way of telling you that sexual orientation, race, or culture are not barriers for me. I embrace uniqueness and promote that theme. My counseling style is relaxed and I believe in a therapeutic relationship in which we will work to find the answer and awareness together. I believe I am here to help you find your answers. Biography: Clients that I work with are the leaders of therapy. I will work along side you and help guide you. I believe therapy is your journey, not mine. I want to help people who struggle with everyday life and help them feel confident and happy with the choices they make. They are the ones that know what will help them the most, sometimes we just need help figuring that out. I help with validating thoughts and feelings, building coping skills, managing stressors and overall life skills. I can help people begin to express themselves in a healthy and safe way and communicate in a way that they will be heard. I have worked with individuals in an inpatient setting as well as in private practice. I have a Master's Degree in Human Relations Counseling and am licensed as an LPC and LADC. My go to approach is client centered and as I stated earlier this journey is yours, I am hopeful and confident that I can and have made a difference in people's lives for the better and I build rapport very easily and believe in each person being able to reach their goals and will help assist you in obtaining those goals.

Biography: I am licensed in Oklahoma with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
