Biography: I've earned a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and a Masters in Counseling and Educational Administration. I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Supervisor. I have over twenty-nine years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a range of concerns. I have worked approximately ten years as a Psychologist/Qualified Mental Health Professional for a local state hospital where individuals receiving services received inpatient treatment from active delusions, paranoid ideations, schizophrenia, and a range of mood disorders. As a Program Director for an outpatient clinic for seven years, there were opportunities to work with adolescents and children with diagnoses such as disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, as well as working with adults facing problems with alcohol and drug usage, unmanaged anger, generalized anxiety, and clinical depression. Other years in my career allowed me to provide a service to children and their families both at a school level and local social service agencies.

Biography: I enjoy working with human beings from ALL walks of life! With 13 years of clinical experience, I am fascinated with the field of psychology, having taught at RCC & SOU. I am an LPC and CADCIII in Oregon and I have worked extensively in the fields of recovery, victims' services and dual-diagnosis. Some of my specialties are: stress and anxiety, freedom from shame, depression, coping with addiction, trauma and abuse, self-esteem, family of origin matters & parenting. I enjoy camping, crafting, Native American drumming/singing, rock hounding, house plants, travel, jamming out with my friends, and searching for shooting stars. Life is so short; make the most of it by letting GO of what's not working for you and CREATING more room for JOY! You are absolutely capable of living a life with more happiness and fulfillment if you are willing to begin that journey and do the work. With my nonjudgmental and compassionate approach, I will support you on your personal path to healing. Let me be your agent of change; YOU CAN DO THIS!

Biography: I am a professional counselor, licensed in Oregon, with over 15 years of experience. I have worked as both a residential substance abuse treatment counselor and as a outpatient mental health counselor with an employee and family assistance program. I have worked with clients with a broad range of issues including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns and sexuality. I have also worked with first responders who have experienced trauma. My counseling style is warm and supportive, with a little bit of humor thrown into the mix. All clients will be treated with respect and compassion, regardless of where they are on their life's journey. I strongly believe that the client is the only expert of his/her/their life and it is my job to help each one reach their full potential. We enter counseling to change something in our lives; whatever we are currently doing isn't working. But we must change how we think in order for our new behaviors to have lasting change. To this end, my approach combines cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotive, and client-centered counseling. Just as each client is unique, each treatment plan must be as well. We will work together to create a plan that meets your specific needs. I look forward to our first session!
