Biography: I am licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Louisiana with 14- years of professional work experience. I am a Person-Centered/Client Centered counselor. Meaning that in person-centered therapy, the client and the therapist work as a team. I have specialized training in Post-Traumatic-Stress Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. I also provide therapy for enhancing Social Skills and Self-Esteem. I am an honorably discharged United States Veteran having served during Operation Desert Shield/Storm Era; however, I do not see veterans on the Betterhelp platform. I am experienced in working with individuals and families recovering from the effects of addiction, codependence, mental illness, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. I am humbled to be invited into the lives of my clients, and partner with them in their journeys toward growth.
