I have been in the healthcare industry for ten years - beginning as a Registered Nurse before obtaining my degree and license as a therapist. I have experience working with clients to help them navigate through relational conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, low self-esteem, infertility, chronic health conditions, and poor boundaries. My experience has taught me that we have ALL learned messages in our childhood that manifest in our adulthood - good or bad.
