Biography: Dr. Kersteff is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and completed residency training at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis.

Kidney disease is very prevalent and it's scary when you get told that you have chronic kidney disease. It can cause a lot of fear and a lot of emotional distress and we want to make sure that people understand what's going on and that they have support.``

When patients come to see me for the first time they can expect that we'll spend time talking about their past medical history and what types of issues they may have had. I also want to learn what current health concerns they have, talk with them about their options and come up with a plan that's best for them but also is going to benefit their health.``

Biography: Dr. Batler was born in Chicago, Illinois. He is a graduate of Northwestern University, in Evanston, Illinois, where he received his BA in Psychology. He then earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine. He completed his Urology residency at Northwestern University. He has a strong research background, which began as an undergraduate where he worked as a Research Assistant in the Department of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Cell Biology at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. During medical school he was a Research Assistant in the Department of Genetics at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine, Chicago, Illinois and was awarded the NIH Intramural Training Grant in which he served as a Research Assistant in the Department of Endocrine Physiology at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Batler joined Urology of Indiana in July 2003. He enjoys golf and reef aquariums. He is married and has three children.

Biography: Dr. Sami Abuqayyas, MD is a Critical Care Medicine Specialist who practices in Danville, IN. He is 38 years old. Dr. Sami Abuqayyas, MD is affiliated with Hendricks Regional Health and Hendricks Regional Health.

He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. Dr. Graham is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
