A few months ago, I was getting offers for appointments on My Chart and I excepted one but it was within the doctor and not the APRN I normally see but I was having bad abdominal pain because I couldn't pass gas and when I got there I was told I couldn't be seen by the doctor because I normally see the APRN and the office staff wouldn't even listen to why I needed to be seen just told me if I'm hurting I should go to the ER but I felt that what was going on was not ER worthy. I left there feeling like I was denied care by the office staff (I don't think the doctor even knew what happened) and then they left the appointment on there for it to roll over to a NO SHOW.

I love the new nurse practitioner in this office! She wasn't rushing to get me out of the office and listened to me. I never feel like I'm heard in healthcare but this was a Wonderful experience!
