Zell Moyer, CRNA

Zell Moyer served as my anesthetist, during 2 cataract surgeries. As per my patient responsibilities, I shared background information with him, relevant to his care of me. He proceeded to insult, demean and give me unsolicited medical advice, not in his area of expertise. He undermedicated me, the first surgery. I was supposed to be in twilight, but I was lucid for it all. I will say, due to his initial mistake, I was medicated appropriately the 2nd time, and he apologized, which was nice.
