Dr Zed was truly a godsend to our family. We met him when my son was 6 years old ( diagnosed with ADHD) and our family was struggling, dealing with some behavioral issues at home with my son and we needed support and coaching to help parent him the right way. Sessions and talks with Dr Zed have truly been the turning point in our parenting journey. He helped me understand what I was doing wrong, provided positive encouragement and support. Mainly with his support I felt more confident about myself and was able to be more firm with my son. He bonded with my son so well and my son looks forward to talking to him every week . Over time my sons behavior improved ( mostly because over time under Dr Zed's guidance, I was able to let go of some parenting habits that weren't really serving my son and adopt healthier ones - but the journey is hard, takes time and effort and constant reminders). My son is now 10 and we as a family still look forward to meeting and chatting with him every week.
