I was trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and have extensive experience using Motivational Interviewing, Brief Interventions, and Strengths Perspective. I have worked with clients from all walks of life.

I have been a therapist for over 20 years. Since 2017, I have also been a first responder, working as a Firefighter/EMT. I enjoy helping people, especially serving people connected to law enforcement, fire, dispatch, corrections, and military.
