Not sympathetic or empathetic in the least. He will tell your family members what you say without your written or verbal permission and then tell you afterwards "because they are family." He told my sister my true feelings for her. Not cool. Without verbal or written permission he pulls stuff like that. Im a woman in her 50s. You need to trust the people you work with. Treated me like I was worthless and that he was doing me some kind of a favor. Maybe two sessions per month busy he said" I'm busy and don't have enough time for all my clients". I think there's a law thats says he must get written or verbal permission. Zach couldn't be bothered getting you to sign anything.
