If I can give zero stars I would. First impression are important when talking to a patient’s family. My first impression was very negative. I called to follow up on a family and she was the one to call me back. First off, she has no people skills whatsoever. Myself working in healthcare, I was greeted with a empathetic, unprofessional so called Nurse Practitioner. It’s very alarming to see how she treats patient’s family who are worried about their loved one. The fact that she treated family members unprofessionally I could imagine patients. Stay miles away from her she has no business taking care of sick patients on the attitude she carries around. I hope all her patients the best of luck because if there is a next time my family member has to go to USC KECK I will make sure she doesn’t take care of them. Again stay far away from this “medical professional.” You’ll thank me later.
