Yvonne is the first provider I’ve ever seen that took the time to explain everything to me and considered my opinion with the treatment. I recommend her and have referred others to her also

I had an appointment scheduled with her and the day prior she reached out and suggested I contact my referring physician to see if she can send me else were due to the fact she can’t prescribe some medications I am on. I still joined our appointment and waited for her to join only to be told almost 50 minutes in she did indeed cancel our appointment with no notice. Mental health care here can book out a year wait, there were other options we could’ve explored and discussed instead after mentioning this I was unable to ever reach back out. I’m unsure if I was blocked or just removed from her platform. Regardless poor communication, helping people who struggle with mental health and leaving them back to square 1 is beneficial in what way? I highly do not recommend this provider. Extremely unprofessional, lacks communication and compassion to those struggling to find adequate health care for mental health.

Yvonne was quick to reply and schedule appointments which was great. She also sent in three month prescriptions to make sure I always had access to my medication. However, she did not accept my insurance and never informed me before the first appointment. Ended up having to pay out of pocket for each visit, even if it was a quick check in.

Yvonne was very attentive and a good listener and I felt comfortable with her which isnt easy for me. She took the time to explain everything. I wish all providers were as caring as her. I'd recommend her to anyone.
