I've had 3 bad experiences with this office at this point. 1. When their virtual service was ending and they changed the way they handle patients, I was charged a renewal fee that I did not authorize. Took me weeks to clear that up, receive the refund, and properly start the new service. 2. The last lab order mysteriously only called for testing half of the items that we are treating. Dr Santana apologized for that but did nothing as far as immediately ordering another lab order to check ALL hormonal levels. I suppose the plan is to wait another 6 months and get them ordered then. And lastly 3. One of my prescriptions is not auto-renewing with my pharmacy. After a few calls to the office, I was told it was because I missed an appointment last June. Not only did I not receive notification of this alleged appointment, I've received no correspondence from the office that I missed the appt, and when can I reschedule. It's been a very trying year dealing with this office.
