Young Lee, FNP-BC

This is an incredibly professional office. The staff is very involved. This is also an incredibly cold, hard office, no matter how hard they try. I was left feeling as if I struggled through each step of the process. Albeit brilliant, Young Lee was arrogant, too efficient and unwilling to answer questions. He surmised I have a condition that has a complicated name I'd never heard before. No offer to write it down. No offer of a link to look it up myself. I didn't dare ask. When he prescribed something, I asked about different dosages. Instead of answering my question, he replied, 'I prescribed the dosage I want you to have.' I felt insulted. He ordered a blood test but wouldn't explain why. He wouldn't talk about another issue in the same visit. Scheduling a procedure was an ordeal that included 2 staff members and then the MA. The staff is burned out and looks unhappy. I've since canceled the procedure. I can't imagine how hard it would be to work with this NP and with this office.
