No, I will not refer her to any of my family and friends. I had an appointment with her at Tri-city health Center on 12/6/15 for my parents, who cannot speak English. She was late to the appointment and said that I was late for the appointment. She does not have time to listen to the patients not to explain them. She treats them as second class citizen. She said that She will not see my parents, and I also don't want her to see them. She seems to have an attitude towards the patients.
