This counselor rescheduled my appt w/o any notice AT ALL. At the time of my scheduled appointment, I got an appointment notification for another day. I completed her online assesment prior to my initial appointment, but counselor didn't have access to that info. After re-taking assessment verbally, Ms. Singleton then told me that she would need to refer me to another psychologist. I told Ms. Singleton that I understand that I have specific needs, but I need someone to talk to now and I asked if she could see me until I can get to next psychologist. She refused, stating that if my situation is that urgent, I needed to go and be cleared by a hospital before she could see me OR send the referral to another psychologist.
