She was very knowledgeable. Explained eveything in detail. Very down to earth and easy to connect with. She made sure that she explained her thinking process and decision for plan. Ms Sarmiento also made sure i was satisified with her plan of care and involved me in making decision. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and loves her job. If you want to be seen by a compassionate, caring and knowledgeable provider she is the one. I highly recommend her.
