Great staff and office atmosphere. I feel listened to and never rushed. I have no problems with staff being rude or unpleasant.

This place has the worst business ethics and worst bed side manner than anyone I have ever experienced. These folks have no problem calling you when needed to collect a copay and for you to do a tellahealth call in which you don’t see a doctor. They literally call you, ask are you ok and then prescribe controlled drugs. However, if you need a few extra pills because your prescription is up while you are on vacation they don’t give a crap and treat you like a pill head. I run two multimillion dollar businesses and after my experience the last two days. This place is obviously a pill mill out for their benefits only. I switched to my primary doctor to get scripts for my trip as the people that treat you at this clinic are nurse practitioners anyway. Save yourself time and trouble and go elsewhere where people actually care about you and not your money.

Windle Morgan was absolutely amazing. He was thoughtful and listened to what I had to say. He put me on a new medicine and it's like I have my life back.

Windle Morgan and Mandy Toothman chose the difficult path required to truly help others. Being in the health care profession myself, I have been pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of their care and direction. I would recommend them to anyone truly wishing to heal.

This office and staff are terrible. They are horrible at medication management, don't listen to your needs, overcharge for appointments, and don't refund your money after they receive insurance payments.

It's still early, but I MUST write a review. After my eight-year-long relationship with a psychiatrist who retired, I went and saw a new psychiatrist (before Windle Morgan) and I ended up with extremely negligent and dangerous treatment that left me in severe pain and mental disability (I have bipolar I disorder). In desperation, I sought a new psychiatrist that was recommended to me. Wow! Windle Morgan has virtually saved my life. You hear that as almost hyperbole by many, but I truly believe it. On the first try, he got my medication stabilize APPROPRIATELY and was extremely caring and intelligent. I'm already on a path to wellness. I nearly cried after finally experiencing wellness after several months of negligent treatment by another "doctor". Thank you, Windle Morgan!

Windle, Mandy and the whole staff are honestly the best. They are accessible, they go over and above to insure patients get the care they need by advocating with insurance companies, they are on top of new treatments and medicines, and they feel like family while having healthy boundaries. This is a wonderful office, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Novo Healthcare is a wonderful practice for mental health. Windle takes the time he needs with each patient and his results speak for themselves. The office staff is courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing mental health services.

Windle does a great job at listening to his patients and making sure they receive the best treatment and achieve the best results. I never feel rushed when I see him and I feel like he actually listens to me. I immediately felt at ease and came away understanding my diagnosis better then I did when I came in for my first appointment. His whole staff was courteous and professional. My whole experience at Novo Healthcare was top notch. I would definitely recommend Windle and his practice to anyone

I've been seeing Dr. Morgan for 6 months, and I've had several problems with that office. I was charged $75.00 for an appointment that they said was two days earlier than the day I showed up, which was wrong I came the day I was scheduled. The receptionist (fran) is NEVER nice very rude, there have been several mistakes made by her. I am now looking for a new doctor.
