William Recknor, CRNP

I have been under William's ( Billy ) care for a year . Every time I see him , he's polite , professional and always concerned about my recovery . He takes time to discuss my progress and describes what we are seeing on the x-rays . If I need anything Billy is just a phone call away .

Today, I was evaluated by William Recknor, A.G.A.C.N.P.-B.C. (aka Billy), for urinary retention due to spine pain and numbness. He was very open to hear the various ways that my spine condition affects my life, and he even asked questions to gather more details about symptoms that I did not list but that apparently are related to problems within the spine. Billy immediately ordered a pre-certification for a MRI scan and asked me to have the MRI scan as soon as possible. Moreover, his scheduler, Colin, was very patient with scheduling around my hectic schedule, seemed very content with doing her job, and obviously wants to do her job with a genuine smile on her face. Also, the ladies who took my X-rays were professional, friendly, and caring. I certainly feel fortunate to be in the care of William Recknor, A.G.A.C.N.O.-B.C., and his staff, and Dr. Gullung is blessed to have Billy working for him.
