William Pollock and Cathy Gawrych, I can't thank you enough for the special, excellent care you have provided when I needed it most. Your compassion and empathy relieved my stress beyond measures. I recently had emergency surgery, and was sent home with a JP Drain coming from my abdomen. It had been in place for 2 weeks and needed to come out. I was going to have to wait another 6 days to see my surgeon, however, the drain was ready to be taken out and I needed to heal as quickly as possible to get back to work and provide for my family. While I was waiting in my room, Cathy came in to let me know she found a surgeon, Dr. Randall J. Cornateanu, that was willing to take it out the next day! Definitely showed teamwork within the medical group. I really can’t thank you enough, Cathy and Dr. Randall. Your care and compassion have made a difference in my life. Thank you for all that you do.

Bill provides absolutely the best care!! He is genuine and takes his time with each appointment. I'm fortunate in having him as my family's medical provider!!!

Dr. Bill has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is always very kind, knowledgeable and always listens attentively and genuinely cares for his patients.

I’ve been with Bill’s office since the late 1990’s and have continued to make sure my insurance has always included them. The office staff are friendly, responsive and care. Most of all, they listen!! One of the biggest complaints I hear from my friends is they always feel like they are not listened to by their doctors. My experience with Citrus Valley staff and Bill is they care about me and my well being. I look forward to seeing them when I go in!!
