Waste of time and money
Rude and did not listen, just wanted to run tests, which did not even pertain to my problem. Did not want to address the issue I came in with, kept redirecting. More interested in making money than helping.

Really bad experience
NP Kluge was rude, did not listen to my husband's concerns. Looked in his ear and basically stated that there was nothing wrong. He was sent there by his PCP because he had been diagnosed with Ramseys Hunt Syndrome. He still suffers with severe pain in his ear, eye and forehead. Kluge quickly blamed TMJ. Problem with that is his orthodontist has treated my husband's TMJ for over 20 years and disagrees. What a waste of time. Do not go to this NP.

A very positive first visit with William Kluge
I was greeted in a welcoming way by somebody who was well prepared for my visit. He was thorough and explained his examination throughout, what he observed and was very receptive to my level of comfort. He provided me with a diagnosis and appropriate recommendations for addressing my concerns. He urged me to call if I had any questions or issues regarding my issues.
