Will is very knowledgeable, explains clearly, and tailors rehab to the individual. (Important for the patient to be assertive, clear, motivated, and data based to receive the best response.) He was extremely helpful in restoring my high grade ankle sprain to a better than anticipated level of functioning.

Will was my first PT after a major orthopedic surgery. He barely spent any time explaining exercises, rarely supervised me doing them, and acted annoyed when my surgeon requested he do manual manipulation during my PT (which is apparently protocol). When he did the manual manipulation/stretching, he dismissed me when I voiced how excruciating the pain was, sometimes was talking to other people while doing it, and never let me know when he was going to stop.
