Negligent and incompent. I came in with severe floaters, with concerns about a potential retinal detachment. His diagnosis was that I had NO retinal damage. Two days later I needed emergency surgery for a detached retina. When I emailed him about this, I received a dismissive response back (...one that also clearly had not been proof-read -- yet another indicator of his lack of attention to detail.)
