Condescending and Snarky
Doctor (and let me remind you not to forget to call him Doctor) Demonte was snarky and condescending, and gave me a whole lecture on how I should speak to Doctors like him. He also had a how dare I question him attitude and a snarky smile to boot. No debate allowed. I am battling severe Anxiety and Panic disorder. He has made it almost impossible for me to now feel comfortable with receiving any care from Franciscan/VM. I am looking for all new doctors. I refused the anti depressants (since they made me feel very unstable when I had taken them in the past) and asked for a medication I had already used and knew worked for me. I do not recommend care from DOCTOR Demonte. Just awful! I feel so violated by this man’s “medical care.” Franciscan/ VM did an internal investigation, and of course said they found nothing wrong and charged me for the “care” anyway. Now I am out $700 for nothing. Be aware!

Dr. DeMonte has been instrumental in getting me the treatment that I needed. He helped in diagnosing me with BPD and recommended DBT skills group, which really has changed my life. He is remarkable.
