Cruelest person I have ever met
MR Bonner is a Physician Assistant, not the Dr, which he didn’t clarify, my aunt never saw a doctor the entire time she was there. To be clear, I typically prefer PA’s and I appreciate nurses, they care, if you’re scared, they check in on you, not only did he not do anything, he was mean, no sense of urgency, didn’t take the time to talk to her family. Absolutely cruel to my older family member. It was painful enough to watch him and nurses gossiping 5 ft away about some of the staff’s indiscretions while also watching reels on their Phones! When he finally did come in the room, he didn’t care about how she was feeling, he wouldn’t listen,- he asked a few questions, didn’t listen when she tried to answer, he said “your age, prior history, and alleged lifestyle (Diabetes!) is your fault, he checked the one size fits all boxes. CRUELEST MAN I HAVE EVER MET! Finally - Gave her the absolute WORST news you can give a human being and then just walked out and didn’t care she has questions
