very thorough. actually appears to be sincerely listening when I complained about whatever. she also diagnosed and suggested options to address problems, aches, issues which were not the original issue I went to be treated for. Again, she definitely seemed to know what she was doing and how to alleviate/address the therapy issues I was having.
